Adjusting Drawing (Canvas) Size in Microsoft Visio
by Bryan Inno WongI found myself designing diagrams in our current project and I've been stumbling across the problem of increasing or decreasing the canvas size for my microsoft visio drawing. Anyway, I just want to share this to all of you who are also using Visio. I had a lot of trouble with this before and I was so happy when I knew how to do this so here it is:
Hold the Ctrl key and move your mouse pointer to the edge of the canvas. Your pointer will then turn into a two-sided arrow that indicates direction of increase or decrease. Then, you can now drag the canvas into your desired size.
P.S: You can also rotate the canvas by holding the Ctrl key and moving the mouse pointer to the corner edge of the canvas, the mouse pointer then becomes a circular arrow.
That's it, I hope this helped you even in a small way.
