MTG - UB Mannequin Deck

hmmm.. I decided to publish my deck for the week.
It's just that i wandered off too long from my favorite black and blue for monored demigod deck.. but last last friday, I tried to build a black blue deck with the cards that I have so this was the result and some modifications.

M10 - MTG 2010 Core Set Announced with English Release and Pre-release cards

Prerelease date: July 11-12, 2009
Release date: July 17, 2009
Set size: 249 cards (101 C, 60 U, 53 R, 15 M, 20 L)
Product lineup: Five intro packs, 15-card booster pack, 6-card booster pack, fat pack

Unlike the other core sets that have been released in the past, M10 will not be having 100% reprint cards. According to WoTC, it is 50% reprints, and 50% new cards. In an attempt to rebrand the core set, and take it back to its Alpha roots, the flavor and setting of these cards is extremely open to interpretation. This set also features mythic rares, following the rarity/set size of Shards of Alara.

Play with the top card of your library revealed.
As long as the top card of your library is black, Vampire Nocturnus and other Vampire creatures you control get +2/+1 and have flying.

My blogsome has no hope.. huhuhu

several months after my PR got nuked from PR4 to n/a, i continued to save my other blog. but unfortunately, all my efforts proved worthless. it has now been 5 months after the nuking incident. and for so long, i have laid this blog dormant or with minimum activity because i was busy rebuilding my other blog fromn the incident.

Now, im still lucky to have a PR 1 in this blog and i am not going to abadon it again, at least for saving itself. so, i will be updating this blog from now on.. I hope i can recover my PR4 in this blog. coz honestly, i lost many potential incomes after my PR dropped to zero in the other blog ..

Domain - Conflux Ability

Hi guys.. We will discuss the new conflux ability domain in this post.

Domain is an ability word in the Conflux expansion that counts the number of basic land types among lands you control..

So, there are a total of 5 basic land types currently in magic the gathering namely: Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain and Forest. so, the Domain ability would fetch a number of 5 or less..

let's take this card for example..

Domain — Target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn for each basic land type among lands you control.

Suppose you have 2 swamps and 5 islands in play. The domain ability for dragdown in this example fetches 2 basic land types among lands you control - Swamp and Island. So it would trigger that target creature will have get -2/-2 until end of turn. Note that it will not matter how many swamps you control, any number of swamps will only trigger 1 basin land type among lands you control. :D

Also note that land types are not only present in BASIC lands, some non-basic lands have basic land types - such as shadowmoor uncommon lands, ravnica rare "dual" lands, those "dual" lands from the alpha, beta... sets and others..

hope this will help clarify some misunderstandings and hope this will help you have a better game experience for magic: the gathering.

Excited About the release Tourney

phew!.. I am excited for sunday's conflux release tournaments.. Had so many bad plays last pre-release and I am looking to do better this Sunday .. :D

btw, the release card is an alternate art Obelisk of Alara..
