Adjusting Drawing (Canvas) Size in Microsoft Visio

Share:

I found myself designing diagrams in our current project and I've been stumbling across the problem of increasing or decreasing the canvas size for my microsoft visio drawing. Anyway, I just want to share this to all of you who are also using Visio. I had a lot of trouble with this before and I was so happy when I knew how to do this so here it is:

Hold the Ctrl key and move your mouse pointer to the edge of the canvas. Your pointer will then turn into a two-sided arrow that indicates direction of increase or decrease. Then, you can now drag the canvas into your desired size.

P.S: You can also rotate the canvas by holding the Ctrl key and moving the mouse pointer to the corner edge of the canvas, the mouse pointer then becomes a circular arrow.

That's it, I hope this helped you even in a small way.
